If our last post on The Perfect Bid aka Silver Tag’s terms & conditions was not enough for you to care about reading over everything wake up, they’re not the only auction site doing this.
Take a look at Famdabidosy (What a difficult name to spell!) Auctions’ terms:
In addition, anyone who is suspected and further proven to be in breach of this contract or has engaged in any type of manipulation may immediately become liable to Famdabidosy Auctions.com, LLC for the sum of $10,000 for each offense or attempted manipulation. In short, if in Famdabidosy Auctions’s sole discretion, anyone tries to manipulate or cheat the system in any way, they are considered in breach of this contract and can be fined by Famdabidosy Auctions an amount up to $10,000 for each offense or attempted manipulation. Failure to pay the fine will result in the Member being turned over to a Collection agency for collection. Any decision Famdabidosy Auctions makes relating to termination or suspension of any Member’s Account shall be final and binding.
Members may terminate their membership at any time. Members need only to Log In to their Specified PayPal account and cancel the Famdabidosy Auctions Subscription.
If a Member for any reason disputes any charge from PayPal or Famdabidosy Auctions, the Member will be deemed in breach of this contract and will be subject to fines of $500 per hour that the amount is disputed with PayPal and the complaint is live up to a maximum of $5000.00. The $500 per hour starts the minute the dispute is filed and continues until the breach is fixed. The amount of the fine becomes due immediately and will be turned over to a collection agency if not paid within 5 days.
We’re not sure where they get this language, whether or not they are copying from The Perfect Bid Aka Silver Tag or are the same owners?
This definitely must be viewed as a red flag. What are The Perfect Bid and Fandabidosy Auctions afraid of that they have to threaten to fine bidders if they have any legitimate complaints against them?

i am not sure if i can call em scammers but i have won a couple items and i recieved them… but got banned from the site for no apparent reaason. explain that to me joe miyamoto.. who is the stupid owner of the site…. and the name famdabidosyauctions.com came from this statement.. dam fabulous auction site with a dash of dosy doo… who cares what the name means… make a name that every1 can spell.. learn the basics of creating a site.. i dont know how to make a site, but i am surely smart enough to use my common sense.. and when i asked him if we could work a deal out to buy bids. i asked him that i wanted to buy $100 worth of bids…. and asked him for a good deal… instead of declining, he oofered me 100 extra bids… did he know that i was going to lose the bids? and after a couple days, he started blaming me for being cheap… whereas he is the who should be blamed for not keeping the rules same for every1..
