BidCactus, based out of Fairfield County, Connecticut, started in 2008 and launched this April. They have a full customer support team available via E-mail and 1800-BID-8711, M-F. They ship all items via UPS and customers receive their items within 15 business days. BidCactus has approximately 15 employees.

BidCactus has new auction win limits effective today.
There will now be a  limit of 30 total winning auctions per person in any 30 day period, as opposed to the previous 3 per day & 3 bids packs in any 30 day period.
