It’s a scam. They use people to drive the bidding, forcing anyone to bid again… at a cost of 75cents a bid.

Avoid the site. It isn’t worth your time or your money.

bidcactus is a scam. Like the person above said, they do have their own people drive up bidding. It’s ridiculous. Don’t waste your hard earned money!

Thanks for the comments. However, how do you know that they have their own people bidding? They have an Alexa ranking of 64,691. I really don’t think that can be manipulated.

If you get a commission how can your reviews be objective?

They are, I only take "commission" from sites I and the community believe are legit. There is nothing wrong with being biased to scams and promote those that are not scams.

I'm not sure what to think of the site yet. I have won a Sony Alpha camera and got a crazy deal on it but I have not been able to touch anything since then. It seems that the site has people or bidbots bidding on their behalf. Or people are really stupid and spend $100's of dollars for nothing. The site is an amazing business… I watched an item sell last night for $60+ for an item that retailed for $499, which is just sick because with the bids being 0.75 cents a piece that made a killing the item. Either way, the site seems like somewhat of a scam. I have even emailed the customer support asking why they have bidbots and they say they do not do that and that they are audited. Sure they are… Either way, have fun trying it out.. I spent $75 total for bids and paying for the camera which retails for $600, so I made out ok..
