Filing Complaints

If you think you have been scammed by a fraudulent penny auction site, i.e. spent money and never received an item, think they may have bots, have proof that they do, the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) should know about it.
The FTC is the consumer protection agency of the United States.

To submit a complaint with the FTC go here and click on the icon on the right hand side that says “FTC Complaint Assistant.”

It would be good idea that they know what’s going on.

We encourage you to post your problems with penny, bid-fee, pay-per-bid, reverse, “omega” auctions in our forum .

That’s why online pharmacies is becoming more pop over the last years. Well-known are remedies which are used to reduce inflammation caused by inflammation of the skeletal muscle etc. There were only few examples. Did somebody tell you about canadian generic Viagra? Maybe you already know about the problem. Sexual dysfunction can be a result of a physical condition. Even when it has a physical reason, psychological problems can make the disorder worse. Sex drive problems are so commonly a product of how you feel that there is something to that “headache” saying after all.

When I first started bidding on bidstick I had no problems. Than my winning items were taking longer to get to me. Now I have items I won in May that I have not gotten and some won in July I am afraid I may not get. The e-mails I send them are returned to me as user not found. I have filed with the FTC but not sure what they do. Be careful if you bid on Bidstick They also use Bots and shills on the higher priced items.

No, not if you won it but if you never ever receive an item and if it can be proven to be concurrent w/ many people. Really it was just a piece of advice it doesn't have to be followed by any means. Thanks for commenting and it's great to hear you got a netbook from them.

BEWARE of Beezid.com, the new penny auction. I understand they are out of Canada and are probably outside any U.S.A. agencies to monitor them.

The site sucks you in with letting a new person win one item. Then, it is a money pit where you just can't win again and your last second bids won't go through or it is prematurely awarded to someone else. It appears that they have either employees or computer generated bidders that continually bid on numerous items, sometimes way over the actual value, and on a couple of highest priced items they end up the winner. Gee, imagine the company keeping these high end items "in house' only to list them again.

I have not received the gift card yet and to be honest, I have spent twice it's value in buying bids. My advise is to stay far, far away from Beezid.

Try http://www.getintoo.com if you want a level playing field. NOT A PENNY AUCTION but we do compete with their bad press. I’m not saying they are scams or anything else, I know they have a profitable business model thats for sure. But due to their bad press we have built a different type of auction where the bidder can get a great deal (just like their claims) but if their bids don’t win they can bid again until they do win (capped at a year – but if you can’t win an auction w/in a year you really have zero strategy). getintoo.com is a sealed bid auction and when you buy bids you also get purchase credits so when you win we deduct the winning amount so you don’t have to go through another billing process and we pay shipping. Win and the item arrives at your door as quickly as our delivery guy can arrange the shipping and get it out (within 2 weeks depending on where you live in the US).

Thats the short run down – but you decide. We aren’t as flashy or action packed as a penny auction – but we want everyone to get a great deal on great products.
