I’ve been looking for a penny auction site to try and I bought a bid package on zoozle just for this labor day laptop special.

When I went to the site everything was paused but I thought maybe it was because I wasn’t a registered user so I signed up for an account and the auctions were still paused even though it says they have auctions “24 hours a day” I didn’t think much of it and went ahead and bought the bid package anyway thinking the laptop deal would start later in the day.

I left the website up on my desktop all day long yesterday and looked at it periodically throughout the day. At the time I bought the bid package yesterday morning there was a page full of auctions but all were “paused” – as the day went on the number of items showing got less and less without any of them ever taken off “pause” or sold – finally by the end of the day without anything ever having been sold, they were down to one auction and had a note up saying that all auctions were paused until further notice due to a server error.

Checking this morning the site won’t even load at all. Am seriously thinking about contacting them to request a refund for my bid package but I don’t expect they’ll give it.

Very disappointed in my experience with zoozle and would NOT recommend that site.
