Penny Auction Silver Tag aka The Perfect Bid has just rolled out with their own version of a reveal auction Happy Spree. Like Circus Pop, Happy Spree has many Apple items. The start price for items on Happy Spree is less than retail. For instance,

Retail Price: $199.99

Start Price: $184.99.

Each bid decreases the price by $0.25 and there is a clock that shows you how much time you have left to purchase the item for the price you revealed.
