Bids on PennyJersey range in cost from $0.50-0.70 per bid. The $25 will buy you 75 real bids that will be deposited into your account after testing and before PennyJersey.com goes live.  The auctions during the testing will just be for test purpose, no items will be shipped. PennyJersey has also informed us that they do not intend to use bot bidders and they will refund unused bids if necessary.
