Sellmoo is a new penny auction that plans to open on November 20th, we asked Sellmoo’s owner a few questions.

Penny Auction Watch: What got you interested in the entertainment shopping industry?

Sellmoo: I came across Swoopo and it really intrigued me, I looked more into the Industry and found it   is still largely untapped and growing. I also stumbled across Penny Auction Watch and realized a large amount of the current penny auction sites have been discovered to be scams, so I saw the opportunity to create a legitimate auction site and enter this growing industry.

Penny Auction Watch: When will you open?

Sellmoo: The first auctions are set to end Friday night!

Penny Auction Watch: What kind of items do you have lined up?

Sellmoo: A lot of the same items you see currently on other major sites, such as; Xbox, Playstation, computers, TVs, ipods, Video games, Cell phones, Gift Cards, purses and more. We are always up for suggestions as well.

Penny Auction Watch: What are the timer increments between bids/does this vary by auction?

Sellmoo: Right now it varies by auction between 20-30s, once there are enough users we will lower it to 20s on all auctions.

Penny Auction Watch: How much are your bids?

Sellmoo: Bids are $0.50 and right now you get 3 free bids just for registering, 5 more on your first bid package purchase and there is a coupon available for Penny Auction Watch readers for 10% more bids on a bid pack purchase, the code is- pennywatch.

Penny Auction Watch: What are your shipping costs?

Sellmoo: Shipping cost will vary per item and will be stated in the auction description.

Penny Auction Watch: Are you US/UK or other based?

Sellmoo: We are US based, but plan to offer our site to the UK in the near future.

Penny Auction Watch:Are they win limits, limits /household?

Sellmoo: As of now there are no win limits, but it is something we are considering.

Penny Auction Watch: What is  your bid refund policy?

Sellmoo: Bids are non-refundable, but of course if there is an error on our part we will refund the bids, our goal is to be a fair and reputable site.

Penny Auction Watch: Is there a story behind the name/theme?

Sellmoo: My original thought was to have a cell phone only penny auction, so I came up with Cellmoo.com, then I thought why stop at cell phones! And Sellmoo.com was born.
Penny Auction Watch: Thanks Sellmoo. We look forward to seeing you open.
Sellmoo: hope to see everyone at Sellmoo.com! And dont be afraid to contact us with any questions and be sure to use your coupon code above.
Feel free to discuss your experiences with Sellmoo in the forum.
