We applaud all of the penny auctions that are giving back to the community!

BidCactus has raised and donated a total of $4,773 to the Breast Cancer Emergency Aid Foundation. The next charitable organization that your bidpack purchases on BidCactus will fund is Feeding America, with thanksgiving coming up they wanted to help fill up the pantries of the various food banks around the country. For the month of December, they are looking into various Toys for Tots programs.  BidCactus is challenging any and all penny auctions to do the same.

Nick Lachey’s Lowest Unique Bid auction Winnit is also donating proceeds of bid purchases to charity. This month Winnit is donating to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, last month Winnit helped Feeding America.

BidBlink, the reverse penny auction that lets you buy items at a discount if you are not the  hight bidde, runs auctions for JustGive gift cards and donates 10% of bidpack gift card purchases to charity.

The brand-name fashion accessory penny auction Dime Divas donates 50% of the final auction end prices to the Make a Wish Foundation.

UK penny auction Quick2Bid opened last week and they too are helping others. Every time a user adds credit to their account Quick2Bid will match 10% of it, which then goes into their “Available Charity Funds.”  The user can then select the charity they would like to donate the funds to from their partners: Cancer Research UK, The Children’s Trust, PeTA and The Parkinson’s Disease Society.

Also, recently launched Bidazzled.com helps fund the Jimmy Ruch Fund, a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization that  promotes awareness, and education about treatment alternatives and resources for Small Cell Lung Cancer.

Do you know of an entertainment auction supporting a good cause?  We want to know about it!
