Auto bidders set up to shill in penny auction sites are wrong, here’s just another example of another entrepreneur that doesn’t see anything wrong with this behavior.

This isn't just "wrong", as you say, it is blatantly illegal. If you have evidence that any site of consequence is using autobots you should either initiate a criminal complaint or get in touch with a law firm to start a class action lawsuit.
