Have you won items from either BidTimeLive.com or BidTime25.com? That’s right, the same company owns both penny auctions.
BidTime says: “We are commited to providing excellent customer service.”
However, so far bidder’s don’t think this to be true and we’re concerned. Many Penny Auction Watch members have yet to receive items from BidTime’s penny auctions, some have spent over $1,500 and it’s been over 1-month now since they’ve won.
We’ll be contacting BidTime to see if they can give us an explanation and shipping time frame.
