On Dec. 4, 2010, I purchased 250 bids for $149.99 from an online penny auction site, http://www.bidmacs.com. After deciding I made a poor decision, I contacted them that same day to cancel and request a refund. They were very nice and agreed to give me a refund. They took away the initial 250 bids I purchased and gave me 25 free complimentary bids. I discovered today, the web site no longer exists. For contact purposes, I have only had a phone number, 877-364-9217. They have a recording which> allows you to leave a message, which I have done multiple times, but to no avail. If you have any ideas on how I could recover my money, I would be very grateful.
