This morning we reported that Oohilove’s Facebook Page was gone, now we’ve learned that Oohilove is shutting down their affiliate program.
On the heels of Swoopo’s German corporation filing for bankruptcy (OohiLove was recently acquired by Swoopo’s US corporation, Entertainment Shopping, Inc.) and with the recently filed class action lawsuit, we’re wondering if this means Oohilove will soon be done too?

Before OohiLove was acquired by Swoopo’s Entertainment Shopping, Inc. they had a lot of media coverage with features in The Huffington Post , Seventeen’s CosmoGirl and elsewhere, they were gaining in popularity. They also had the buy-it-now option which appears to have been removed since the change of ownership.

They have since closed shop.
The swoopo logo is also on the announcement page, this would also assume that swoopo is definitely down and under.
Poor management skills must have been the foundation that gradually produced this outcome.
I can’t wait too see who deigns to claim themselves as the ‘Swoopo’ successor in the fight to be the leading penny auction website… These penny auction websites should and must privilege customer service et al.
A happy customer is a returning customer.
I think I should consider opening my own penny auction website. 😉

Do you ever wonder why they all close down. Consumer responsibility!
People bid, lose and complain and chargeback, then sites like this tell people to report and complain. Instead of people taking responsibility for their actions they do the above. Its like gambling in vegas. You play you lose and guess what, Your decision live with it, you loss so what you going to do now, complain to the nevada gaming commission or chargeback your room.
People just be responsible and Amanda why dont you focus on education and responsible bidding more than tearing down commerce and sites based on your opinion without hard fact. Entitlement attitudes is destroying this nation and economy..
Oh and Chris a happy customer is not always a returning customer, a responsible customer is a returning customer, if they know what they want and make an educated purchase and buy and accept what they buy they are happy and the store is happy.
The customers who buy crap and then take it back after they wear it for the night is about 4% of the population….
