It appears that Sonik Technologies, Pvt. in India may be at it again.

Script Developer Promotes Bot Scripts

Script Developer Creates Fake Watchdog Site – Defames Us

Next, they started the fake “watchdog” review site WatchPennyAuctionScams.com where they not only infringed on our trademark, but spread blatant libel and defamation, falsely claiming that Penny Auction Watch owned penny auction sites.

Penny Auction Site Domain Registered by Same Script Developer – In my opinion, They’re Promoting & Trying to Gain Trust by Way of False Advertisement

Now, there’s a new site that I just found advertising via Adwords on Google search, CentsWins.com. CentsWins.com falsely advertises, right on their homepage, to be BBB accredited and audited by Ernst & Young.

CentsWins isn’t the first penny auction site to display the BBB Accredited Business seal on their penny auction, many others have as well.
