Click the vehicle of your choice to go to the listing page and watch the price drop into your desired range. Don’t wait too long or another buyer may purchase before you! Upon clicking “Buy It Now” on the eBay Motors site, you will immediately be required to submit a $500 deposit via PayPal in order to secure your purchase.
When Can I Buy? Between June 28 and July 2, 2012, prices for selected vehicles will begin dropping throughout the day. No new listings will be added after 5:00PM PT on July 2, 2012. Only registered eBay users may participate in the event, and must be signed in to purchase a vehicle. See terms and conditions for more details.
What happens when I purchase? Once you have clicked “Buy it Now” and submitted the $500 deposit via PayPal, a representative for the dealer will contact you within 24 hours regarding payment and transportation of your new car! Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any applicable taxes and fees associated with buying the vehicle. Additionally, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with transporting the vehicle from the dealership.”
There really has been some pretty good deals. For instance, a 2012 Chevy Malibu with a starting price of $30,231 sold for $20,731 after the price dropped for 19 hours before the winner purchased the new car. A 2012 Nissan Altima started at $23,782 and ended at $15,782.
