Hey guys, I am very sorry for the trouble last night, it is very stressful as well as embarrassing to have issues like that. The problem you are mentioning above was us trying to implement some sort of "damage control".We tried to set the auctions to "nailbiter" to stop the autobidders. We soon found out this did not stop any autobidders that were set before we activated the "nailbiter" feature. After that we decided it was best to void the auctions and we refunded the bids. Once again we are VERY sorry.

Thanks for the explanation that was definitely confusing. And thanks for refunding the bids. Auctions seem to be running a bit smoother tonight (but still a little laggy).

I agree. Timers are running not coherently.Sometime in 1 sec it jump two sec and vice versa.You have started with a lot of promise and I really liked the model.This inconsistent timer model stopping me buying bids on your site.

When can we expected the auto butler to be fixed so it doesn't drive up the timer into hours? Having to click in 100+ bids every auction can't be good for your wrist.

This site goes down sometimes. They didn't have any auctions up anyways. A good time for maintenance.

AutoBidders are fixed, we will be testing them tonight and hopefully running live auctions tomorrow

Hey Guys,

We corrected the autobidders so they do not add time to auctions when they have more than 30s remaining. We also have Authorize.net now for credit card processing, I know many people have mixed feelings about Paypal so this gives another option.

I had receive my won items from Sellmoo...The shipping was FAST and I usually get my items within a week or two.

Their customer service was great with fast reply to email or the online chat option on their website.

I have always received my items Very Fast! I received a Nintendo DSi in record breaking speed... it was shipped to me from Amazon.

I can;t connect in this time. Then when I connected it has been ended.

My connection is ok. It's Sellmoo server problem.
They had many problem since the first time. Many times they down but seem they still had manything need fix

I think it also unfair with winner because Sellmoo had many issue.
As I look they had at least 1 issue a week exp: lag, frozen, site go down....
