Searching the web for penny sites i came across this site, don't know if is a penny site, anyways this is what horneto is: "Horteno is a people to people money auction site, where people increase the auction amount and the final bidders will get the auctioned money. Usually the auction will be divided between the last 5 bidders but we provide special auctions as well!"

what do you guys think?

According to their terms horneto.com is subject to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

also if i want to try win money against other people i will play a lottery :biggriny:

Their instructions say it costs $1 to place a bid but when you go to purchase your bids it's actually $1.20 per bid. So if you're the only bidder and it closes at $1, you lose 20 cents. Crazy!!!

I think the prize pool should consist of 95-97% of the prize pool. They could even put in guarantees, so the auction starts at $20 or more.

An item valued at $11 was actually received from hasteno, however the bidding patterns & usernames/volume per auction on all auctions afterwards seemed suspicious.

This will be considered gambling in the US. Risking money to win money is as clear as it gets. Don't expect a refund when the site is shut down.

I`m the owner of Horneto.com P2P money auction site. Nice to see you are interested in our site. You are all welcome there

Just to clarify similarities with Hasteno.com - I bought their auction platform and transformed it to "P2P money" auction site. I did not change Hasteno design and overall system much because it looked quite good.
If You have more questions then please feel free to ask;)!

PS! From Wednesday(12th of november) all auctions start from $10. Hopefully it makes our auctions more fun for You.

Just curious...how is the bidoncash site different than this horneto site where everyone said it was illegal to bid and win cash? I never went to this horneto site and of course its gone now but it sounds like it was the same kind of site...no?
