Well guys I just wanted to appologize, Winnit's customer service is actually pretty good. The reason I had not got a response for awhile was due to a technical error. We have been exchanging E-mails and I'm very happy with their customer service now
Not sure if you ever got your item. I won a TV in November, and still haven't received it. They've shipped other lesser value items though that I won AFTER the TV. Support indicated:
1) They didn't ship because of Christmas delays when the 30 days passed,
2) then they said they suspect multiple accounts for Gold membership, and went into silence for a long time
3) then they apologized for the delay and told me they think they will ship it soon,
4) and currently I'm not getting any responses from them again when I'm asking about the status.
I've already posted about this issue in this forum, but haven't received many replies if others have faced the same problem, or whether there's a way to reach them besides the online form.
