This is a great Idea!

Owners: Quincy and Cynthia.

BidsPlay website is U.S. Based and only allows U.S. Bidders at this time.

In the near future www.BidsPlay.ca will be set up for Canadian Bidders.

If a customer requests to be contacted by telephone. We will return phone calls within the same day between 9:00am – 9:00pm CST, or within 24hrs depending on the time of the initial request.


6. What is your refund policy on unused bids and why?

In the event there is an error whether it be system or otherwise, Bidsplay will return all bids at our discretion to your account from the item you were bidding on, however the item won will not be awarded.

7. What is your estimated shipping lead time.

We will be processing orders Mondays, Wednesday's, ans Friday's.

Depending on the item won, shipping time should be 2-14 days.

Depending on weekends and holidays, shipping time could be longer in some cases.

Primarily, shipping time should be within 14 days.


8. DO you do your own fulfilment or will you use Amazon or Other please specify?

Mainly Amazon or other for now.


10. What is your customer service response time?

By E-mail, response time will be the same day.

If a customer requests to be contacted by telephone. We will return phone calls within the same day between 9:00am – 9:00pm CST, or within 24hrs depending on the time of the initial request.

11. Are you licensed in your state do do business?

A licence is not needed to have an online auction website where I'm located.

Ok so many new sites are coming here asking us to beta test which is fine however too many of these sites as we know will not make it. As it turns out they endup knowing more about us that we do them. I suggest Paw or even the members require a small questionaire to be answered by these new sites before we give them our money.Here are a few i would like answered Please add any others you seem fit and lets post this questionaire on each thread to get the answers. This will help you determine if you want to risk your money with them.

These are new businesses in most cases asking us to provide our personal info as well as asking us to trust them with our money, considerng our bids may be banked with them for long periods I think it is appropriate for us to request this information and disclosure.


Maybe a new question as it seems to be happening allot more since more and more of these sites are popping up and it is becomming more and more relavent to the longevity of the site.

Does your site/server/database store customer Credit Card info if you accepy other than PayPal?
Does your site allow the customer to not have their CC info stored and instead reenter it as needed?

Finally I believe, unless it has already been done, that a standardized form be created and required and NOT allow the sites to make up their questions and answer them. My opinion.

I don't know but it appears to me that " Cherilen" owns a pennyauction site- ABC penny auctions- maybe it is just me but i don't like the fact that i ahev and still do bid against Cherilen on many auction sites, even though she owns and operates her own penny auction site. I do not think that I could ver join her site in fear that she would be bidding on her site as well. If she is bidding on other sites why not her own??? Cherilen please feel free to comment but it just seems wrong in a way. Once you step off the playing field and become an owner/judge you should stay there. Sorry for my feelings but it rubs me the wrong way. -thank you- *huh*

If the site fails,or has any issues that causes a user to lose an auction, all unused bids are refunded. As long as site is working well and items are going smooth there should be no refunds :D.

We ship items 1-2 business days after auction ends.

Mostly others, to increase delivery time, and save on shipping.

To answer these questions -
1. No We do not store any information other than what you give at registration.
2. No that information is only kept by the processor not by us. The only information I can get from the processor is - name, address, phone, last 4 or card, IP and if the information entered matches the information on the card from the card carrier. (this will be true for most sites that use the express checkout of their Gateway service - ones that do it "in house" will have ALL your information and can store it). Best way to know for sure is look at the address bar. If you are on a https://www.pasitename.com then they will be able to have & store your info. If it is https://www.ccprocessorsite.com then they will have limited information.

I don't know but it appears to me that " Cherilen" owns a pennyauction site- ABC penny auctions- maybe it is just me but i don't like the fact that i ahev and still do bid against Cherilen on many auction sites, even though she owns and operates her own penny auction site. Personally I will only bid on sites that are in Beta testing to help them through this CRITICAL step. Once a site goes live you will not see me bid there unless it is for testing of something and I am asked. It is ultimately up to each owner to decide this for themselves - But I don't disagree with you!
