6. What is your refund policy on unused bids and why?
Unused Bids ..if you want them back no problem.

7. What is your estemated shipping lead time.
We will shipped the next day!! Other than Sunday!

8. DO you do your own fulfilment or will you use Amazon or Other please specify?
We do this our selves....later may start using a dropshipper. Need to find a good one.

9. What is your business address?
LLC is 2247 Citrus Blvd, Leesburg FL 34748. We used FL as both my Partner and are from Leesburg and are planning on moving back.

As fast as I can get them done

Yes, we are under the umbrella of Stylefly Inc. (two other existing e-commerce business are siblings to StyleSnipe.com)

Yep!

6. What is your refund policy on unused bids and why?
100% refundable, no questions asked. We are evaluating whether to institute a one-year time limit for this for fiscal year-end reasons.
Although we would always be interested in hearing about why you would no longer be happy playing on our site!

7. What is your estimated shipping lead time.
Maximum of 48 business hours for tangible goods; E-Goods delivered within 24 business hours.

8. DO you do your own fulfilment or will you use Amazon or Other please specify?
There will be both- as we are focusing on high-vaue items, it makes sense to use specific fulfillment solutions within each country we cater to. Otherwise, the recipient will get hit with potentially hundreds of dollars' worth of duties and taxes if we ship out of Canada and vice versa.

9. What is your business address?

10. what is your customer service response time?
We've got a good track record of within one business day for Stylefly and aim to do the same or better with StyleSnipe.com. Critical issues will be addressed as quickly as humanly possible!

Yes- we are licensed as a business and have full tax collecting (provincial and federal) accreditation.

We are a Canadian company, but we use USD and ship to Canadian and US customers.
3. If so what State are you in?
We are in the province of Alberta, Canada.
4. Are you incorporated?
Yes, our business name is ZEN STORM INC.
5. Do you have a customer service Phone?
Yes we do, but we prefer to be contacted via email because we are a home-based business and our children get noisy the moment we are on the phone. We respond to urgent emails immediately (within our customer support hours), and typically take no longer than 24hours to get back to non-urgent inquiries. If someone requires immediate telephone support, they can contact us via email or our contact form with their phone number and we will call back immediately.
6. What is your refund policy on unused bids and why? To be fair to all users, and ensure a fair playing field, we do not refund unused bids. As far as used bids, we will credit bids back to an account if there is some error on our part that has been investigated is agreed by all parties to be a fair solution. We are always happy to work with our customers to come up with a fair solution.
7. What is your estimated shipping lead time?
Typically gift cards are between 3-7 days, all other items 5-14 days.
8. Do you do your own fulfilment or will you use Amazon or Other please specify?
For gift cards we usually do our own fulfilment. Most other items we use a variety of drop shippers: Amazon, Best Buy, Future Shop, etc.

It is our home address, and if someone requires it, we will gladly email it to them. We have gone through the hoops to become verified by Verisign as a valid business. They verified our business name, address, province we are registered in, banking records, information from our professional chartered accountant, etc. If you click on the Verisign seal on our site, you will see that our certificate and verification is up to date. I just want to note that this is a very in-depth process, and Verisign digs deep to ensure that anyone applying for a Verisign SSL is in fact a legit business.
10 What is your customer service response time?
Immediate within our business hours (10am-9pm/7 days a week), within 24 hours outside of business hours (but provided we are not already sleeping, it usually is immediate).
11. Are you licensed in your state to do business? We are licensed in our city, Airdrie, to do business.
12. What type of hosting?
We have a dedicated server.
13. Does your site/server/database store customer Credit Card info if you accepy other than PayPal? No, we do not see customer credit card info. It is all processed by a payment processing company - currently Internet Secure, but soon we are adding another payment processor (TBA).

We are based in Saint Louis, Missouri.

Yes. Infinite Auctions, LLC is our company name.

At this point, we do not. If there is a need for one down the road, we will most definitely establish one.

6. What is your refund policy on unused bids and why?
Unlike many other sites, we do refund purchased bids. We will do returns of 25 bids or more at a value of $.40 per bid.

7. What is your estimated shipping lead time?
As fast as possible! 95% of our products are ordered through Amazon or other suppliers. We order won items usually within 24 hours of payment.

8. Do you do your own fulfilment or will you use Amazon or Other please specify?
We utilize Amazon.com for most items.
