I believe that the more penny auction bidders that come together and post their honest experiences, exposing the shady-scam penny auction sites, the less and less shady-scam sites will stop being the majority in the penny auction industry. Stand with me.

1. The site is showing 1 winner, my admin panel shows another - Can and will be fixed.
2. Bidbutler not starting as it should - Can and will be fixed.
3. Timer said "ended" and restart (first time I see that) - Can and will be fixed.
4. User(s) bidding like "crazy" - out of my control.
I believe bids and money has been refunded as requested, if not please send me a mail: contact@bidheat.net
More testing needed
I am truely sorry for those who got a bad experience!
These things will be fixed - and tested.

We all know that software sometimes does things on its own....lol
It is the Moondog affair that is making me most angry, I even got mails during the auction asking wtf I was doing with the bidding.
I must admit that I take that as a personal attack on my ethics

Good and bad news

The good news is that we now know the problem.
The bad news is it will take us a few days.
I will remove all future auctions now, after I refunded the bids, which has already been placed on todays auctions.
For those of you who will help us test again, please write me a mail and I will add 500 bids to your account, which will be deducted after the testing.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Get ready for some more lillypads!!!

As it is set now....
Imagine 2 users set their bidbutlers on an auction.
User1 set max prize to 0.90$
User2 set max prize to 1$
If the bid pattern goes like this...
User2 0.90
User1 0.89
User2 0.88
User1 0.87
User2 0.86
User1 will never see his butler fire as the next bid would be above his set max prize of 0.90$
Ideas, thoughts or input?

Well that's how you play the game, Logan. It's up to the player to decide what to set the max at...obviously no one knows ahead of time how high or low the auction is going to end or how many bidders there will be on the auction driving up the price. If they set it too low and aren't watching the auction, then yes, they will lose. Personally I never had any use for the Max...I prefer to just tell the autobidder how many total bids to use...but I do know a lot of bidders prefer setting their Min and Max.I agree, but not everyone set it as high as you described.
