We recently heard a radio ad for the FTC saying they are here to help protect us from scams and they said to call 1800-FTC-HELP to report possible fraud.

I believe that the more penny auction bidders that come together and post their honest experiences, exposing the shady-scam penny auction sites, the less and less shady-scam sites will stop being the majority in the penny auction industry. Stand with me.

That's good when you have solid evidence. But you don't want your average reader, who I have seen make lots of logic-deprived speculation, wasting the FTC's time and creating a Boy Who Cried wolf situation in which actual fraud is ignored because so many dopes have said such-and-such must be a fraud because who would pay $700 for a $500 item.

Of course not, but there are many who are victims of real fraud, i.e. never received their items and didn't know they could call the FTC, just thought I'd share!
