Doesn't surprise me. That's the reason I never bought bids- just used the free ones and the bid pack I won.

Has everyone received their wins from the auctions prior to Thanksgiving? Did you receive merchandise or a check? If you received a check has it cleared? I have not received mine. I have sent numerous emails and the only time I seem to get a response is just prior to them posting new auctions - and even then their responses do not fully address my email questions/suggestions. My patience with them is wearing thin.
