OK, my email is under Bidslasher's reply. This is the first reply from them, another to follow. See what you guys think.
Hi Victoria,
I just reviewed the auction that you were referring to.
The $25 Staples gift card.
The winner of the gift card "jerseyshore" had BidButler set up on the auction.
You had used 17 Bids on this auction which brought you to a total of 22 bids left.
However, we had extended our Free Bid Promotion this morning and
you were credited with 8 Bonus Bids, so you now have 30 Bids Again.
When an auction comes close to ending and it says "going" then you have
a split second to try to bid on the item, but it is recommended to never wait
until it gets that low on time, especially if you are bidding against someone that
is using BidButler. The BidButler bid will always overtake the Single Bidder until they
BidButler either runs out of Bids or meets the cap that the user set to spend on
that particular auction.
If you wait until the timer gets that low before bidding, your name may possibly
show up as getting your bid in on your screen, but has not made it through the system
in time in order to add time to the clock.
This again is why we never recommend waiting until an auction gets that low on time.
Here is an example of how BidButler works:

Example:
If you want to bid on something and will not be home so you set your BidButler
up ahead of time to start at $.10 and up to $2.00 maximum.
That would mean that people would first have to bid it up to $.10 cents.
The next bidder that bid $.11 cents would immediately be overbid by your
$.12 cent bid, and it would keep going until your maximum bid.
Just because you set you BidButler at $.10 cents, it will start at $.10.
It would wait for whomever bids $.11 cents and immediately bid right over them.
Therefore, it does make the BidButlers difficult to figure out, but also makes
it tricky to set because you don't know how high an auction will go, in order
to make your BidButler kick in.

Also,
I am sure that you have already cleared your cookies and cache in order to use
our website, but if not, the instructions to clear your cache are on a link at the top
of our homepage that you can review. This could help you make your bidding run smoother.
Also, you have to make sure that your browser looks for a new version of the wepage
everytime you visit our site. This is because we update our site so often that you
need to make sure it always looks for the newest version of the page.
You can go to your browser homepage. Then click on tools in your toolbar.
Scroll down to "internet options". Then on the side of the box that says "delete browsing
history" you want to click on "settings". When this box opens, make sure that you have the
first circle checked off, "Look for a new version of the page, every time I visit" Also,
on the browsing history, make sure you do not keep pages in history more than 1 day.
Then click "ok". Then you can delete your cookies and browsing history and click "Ok".
Your browser should now look for a new version of hte page everytime you visit our site
and your timers and bidding should run much more smoothly.

Dear Bidslasher.com
The contact form has been submitted at your website. Here are the details:
Name: Victoria Wagner
Email Address: vrw436@yahoo.com
Phone Number: 4
Enquiry:
I was just bidding on the Staples card. At the end, it showed me as the winning bidder at 33 cents. I have 2 screen shots as my name, "notagain" at the top of the bidding and as "Gone" with my name underneath that. However, on my dashboard it says I have no won auctions and on the closed auctions it has jersyshore winning at 33 cents. What gives? Also, is there a way to show how many bids I have on the bidding page?

---------- Post added at 02:15 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:13 PM ----------

Here is reply to my inquiry immediately after the first one was received.
Hi Victoria,
After replying to you a moment ago, I thought of something.
When you seen the page that said going, gone and your name, you may
not have been on the actual auction page.
When you are bidding on an auction, you can just bid from the main page,
where you see all the auctions listed. Or you can actually click on the
item that you are bidding on and see detials of the bids.
This tells you the last 10 bidders on the item and if the people that you are bidding
against are using BidButlers, etc.
We always recommend that you visit the actual item page when an auction
is nearing an ending. This way, you can keep track on the bidders and their
strategies, such as their usual bidding times and if they are a single bidder
or a BidButler, etc.
Thank you again for your support and Happy Bid Slashing!!!

Yeppers. I'm sick, sleep deprived and out of sorts, not a good combo for bidding. Yeesh. But I won, bidslasher even sent me an email saying so. I need to add their last email to me, they're gonna honor the Staples card. I am sending them my screen shots of that auction and this, looks the same at the end. Maybe revenge can send them the video so their techies can review.

---------- Post added at 03:24 PM ---------- Previous post was at 03:23 PM ----------

Here is their last email regarding the auction this morning:

Hi Victoria,
Since we do not have actual video of this auction at this time, I can only
believe what the users tell me. So if people do not tell us, we may never
know. With that being said, we do thank you for bringing this to our
attention.
Being that we are new site, I am sure there
are little issues which may arise and we can hopefully quickly act upon them.
Last weekend was our inital launch and it went well, but luckily when there
were little issues, our users would contact us and we could get them iron
out right away. We thank you for contacting us and letting us know
what is happening on your end.
We have just forwarded your email to our website administrator so that
they can look further into this as well as make sure this does not happen
again. If we look into our files, it shows "jerseyshore" as the winning bidder
and that is all that we see. So being that it clearly told you "you win" we
will definitely honor that. I will go ahead and send you an invoice within
the next 2 minutes for another $25 staples gift card. The invoice amount
will be for $1.75 shipping and $.33 for the winning bid. We will gladly accomodate
our users and will definitely look into this, as we want our site to run as smoothly
as possible. Also, please don't hesitate to contact us with any problems that
you may see, as this is how we need to build our business, through the happiness
of our users. I thank you again for your support and apologize for any
inconveneince that this may have caused. Please know that this is already being
looked into and should hopefully never happen again.

Sent a video of the glitch since they did not have it. Glad to help you, if i did in anyway. Even though you didnt put me as referral. lol.lol.lol. JK glad they are honoring the win for u as well.

My screenshots look different, it has the auction closed and your username under GONE. but at the bidders page it shows jerseyshore as top bidder.

Definitely a glitch.

Thank heavens, I was planning on hitting up all my neighbors for Ambiens so I could sleep despite my guilty conscience. LOL Here is another email from Bidslasher-they are amazingly responsive so far. I told them I didn't expect them to sell me a Staples card for the going price, maybe refund used bids until could figure out what happened but, they are getting with their techies.

Hi Victoria,
I thank you again for your help in trying to address this matter.
The pictures are a big help as well, as I just forwarded them
over to our website administrator so they can fix this right away.
Our user satisfaction and happiness is very important to us,
as we are a new company and need to rely solely on
the support of our users. We hope that you feel that we remedied
this quickly and to our best ability.
We also appreciate that you did email us again after our inital reply,
because if not we would have assumed that the problem was fixed and
we would have had an unhappy customer.
We thank you again for your support and Happy Bid Slashing!!!
