I have been on Quibids for a long time and had a lot of success. Until just recently I thought they had cleared up the multiple account problems. However as I found out a few days ago, that is not the case. Keep an eye for the list of user names below. It is all the same person or they are working together. I have been watching this person for about a week now. He's been pretty discreet lately, but if you watch, you will most certainly more than one of these user names bidding against eachother (and stopping) to gain an unfair advantage.
Best thing to do if one or more of these guys shows up on your auction is to sit back and only bid with one second left. Let him burn his bids twice as fast. Keep an eye out and good luck bids.
