Pros: FAST Shipping!! Quick, responsive customer service. New concept with "hot bids"...very cool!
      Cons: NONE!

OK, so I've been bidding at prizes4pennies for a little while now...just over a month. I have won several items, mostly for a song (between 2 cents up to 41 cents). All my items were shipped very fast! Amazon gift cards and itunes gift cards were emailed to me within hours of the auction ending (Ecards ship for free!! Nice!). At least one Amazon card got to me before I had a chance to log into my email after paying for the auction....thats FAST!

First time I bid there, I experienced a "glitch" with the timer. I emailed their customer service and received a prompt (within a few hours), polite, understanding response with a very reasonable resolution. I haven't experienced a timer issue since then. WARNING--zero is zero! When it hits zero, it's over...no lag time to see if there might be another bidder....if you wait for 1 second to bid, you're risking losing the auction.

The new concept of "hot bids" is unique and fun. Basically, you buy "hot bids" at a reduced price from "regular bids". the downside--"Hot Bids" must be used within 12 hours of purchase or they expire AND you cannot use hot bids for the autobidder. Makes for some exciting bidding!

If I had anything negative to say, it would be that the timer adds time for each bid, so if two bidders get into a mini-war, the timer could go all the way back up to 10 minutes or more. I've seen this happen several times. This isn't so much a negative as it is a personal preference for me, so please keep that in mind. (That's why I didn't list it in the "negative" area of this form)

Some might not like the selection there, but again, that's personal preference, so I really don't want to call it a "negative". Similar items each day, ranging from $10 gift cards up to an ipod shuffle. No really big ticket items yet, but it's a nice little place for a smaller budget bidder. They also offer several "rookie auctions" per day, which is good for the new bidders.

I highly reccomend prizes4pennies and wish them the best of luck!
