This has got to be the number one PA site currently on the net. Even when there was an error with their system one day and three high ticket items popped up for auction by mistake all at once, they STILL honored the wins, even though they were things like a Television for only $0.03. Most sites would have just voided the auction, but they honored them.
The community there with the chat is second to none, with everyone being really friendly and helpful. The auctions are fun this way, not stressful, since you end up chatting with people while your bidding. The admins in the chat are remarkable, there during EVERY auction to answer questions and help in any way they can.
I have received every win from them in under 3 working days, including shipping time, which is faster than any other site I play on.
I can't say enough good about Bidzilla, other than come to the site and see for yourself. I'll likely be hanging out in their chat.

I have won several items on Bidzilla and all have been shipped Super Fast. Admin is present in live chat during every auction. Absolutely NO bots or Shill Bidding. They have a good variety of products and bids are reasonably priced. The Rewards Program is excellent. You earn points when you bid & can redeem these for items or bids. That feature has saved me in an auction when I ran low on bids....Just purchase more bids with reward points & they are deposited in your account immediatley. 100% Honest PA with Superb Customer Service!

Pros: Fast shipping, fair auctions, chat features. Cons: No win limits
The best feature of Bidzilla is the truly spectacular customer service. With live chat in every auction there is an administrator available to answer questions. If you choose to email support, you receive a very quick response not one or two days later (or even a week as on some other sites) they work very quickly to get your items shipped and I have received every item I have won. Like any penny auction site, there will also be some that don't win, but here with the chat they still congratulate you on the win and look forward to the next auction. There just seems to be a down home feel that you can't find in other auctions. Sometimes I go to the site just to chat with the other bidders even when I don't plan to bid. It's a nice casual and fun entertainment shopping site. Don't forget to use the rewards points, this way you still get a "prize" even when you don't win. See you there soon. KSteven7
