Pros: Excellent customer service, Cons: some technical issues
I personally experienced some technical issues with the site and was unable to bid most of the time. Their customer service team spent LITERALLY hours with me trying to work this out. They put so much work into trying to make sure I was happy, and ultimately, we came up with a solution that made everyone happy! I can't say enough great things about the customer service I received from the staff at ChooChooKazoo. If this is any indicator of how the site will run in the future, they will be around for awhile.

Pros: The setup of the auction item page. Free shipping on all items. Cons: Don't see one yet.
As for a new penny auction site, it works pretty well. Very good customer service.

I really do like this PA. Always receive answers quickly from support. Their bids are reasonable priced & they have a good variety of items.
No Shipping is a definite PLUS! They did have a few opening glitches but handled them very fairly. The glitches have disappeared now & Choo Choo is one I visit every day.
If they deliver items in a timely manner, along with all the other positive aspects of this PA, you will have a real winner! Great PA for people new to PA's also.

Pros: So far so good. Good & friendly communication. Cons: Not sure yet as too early to tell.
Bid prices, unless running a promo, is alittle high. $0.80 then drop down depending on bid package.
Too early to tell on everything as far as shipping since I've only started winning end of March so hopefully it'll be shipped/received soon.
Customer service I've been very happy & satisfied with as Norman has always replied back to all my emails promptly (though my last email is the first that's taken awhile to hear back and havent heard back yet so will give the weekend a chance for a break.)
They've had alot of site/payment issues since I've been on there which was end of March but I do believe they are trying to fix it and working overtime to get it all up & running again I hope. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt and so far, they've always answered me with any concerns I've addressed them on.
Once the site is back up & running and everyone's gotten their previous wins including myself, they will have gain my complete trust and others but so far so good so going to think positive!!!
