QuiBids’ Terms State That They Do Indeed Offer Different Items to Different Users

A few months back a QuiBids user told us that he found what he called a “trap page” on QuiBids. He told us that certain items were available to him whereas different items were available to his wife.

Now, QuiBids, in their updated terms & conditions, state that they do indeed serve items to users differently and are determined based on a few different factors. See QuiBids terms:

“QuiBids attempts to limit some auctions to participants of comparable skill, as determined by QuiBids, to enhance user experience and maintain a viable business model. In so doing, QuiBids may limit which auctions are available to particular users based on any factors deemed appropriate by QuiBids in its sole discretion, including experience of the user, historical success of the user, demographic factors, prior bidding and spending activity, and other factors. In particular, QuiBids may limit certain auctions to less experienced or successful users in any manner QuiBids deems appropriate to optimize the overall user experience of all QuiBids users. You acknowledge that You may be, and You consent to being, excluded from auctions at QuiBids discretion.”-QuiBids Terms of Service.

That’s why online pharmacies is becoming more pops over the last years. Well-known are remedies which are used to reduce inflammation caused by inflammation of the skeletal muscle etc. There were only few examples. Did somebody tell you about canadian generic Viagra? Maybe you already know about the question. Sexual dysfunction can be a result of a physical condition. Even when it has a physical reason, psychological problems can make the disorder worse. Sex drive problems are so commonly a product of how you feel that there is some to that “headache” saying after all.

The funny thing is they denied this for the last 6 months, saying this was not happening, when indeed it was going on all the time

So they track what I spend then put me with people who exceeds the monthly limits, so that I have to buy it now, woohoo they are just enhancing and educating the bidding experience, oh my they are so devoted to enhancing my bidding skills, aah and all the colluders, they are just there to make sure I buy it now, did I read their Quibids 101 that we should go for the small stuff or be prepared to buy it now – Quibids perhaps want to might rephrase their 101 and say once we find out how often and how much money and what you spend it on be prepared to buy it now because after we jack up the retail price and you pay shipping and we move you to trap pages cause that is where the shills work everyone wins. This is unbelievable to me. They are a wildly successful site and don’t need this behavior. Cactus, beezid and bigdeal have designations for new users, why not do that? How about win limits? That should be enough. Why engage in bidding on quibids if they are going to decide who you’re up against? They’re not completely honest in other ways too; forced purchase when you first register, hiding smaller bid packages also when you first sign up. I’ve seen their exact copy of of beezid’s commercial as well as their EXACT copy of wavee, bidhere and other site’s registration page. Their slam of ebay. All that being said, they seem to need a class in ethics and customer relations. I’ll stick with other sites. Thanks.
