Flying High Auctions  (the charity penny auction site we talked about previously) is back online.

Their auction format is set up to offer 5 of the same items per day.  Today they have Ed Hardy™ R/C Helicopters. Register here for 5 free bids to try them out.

Take a look at their Terms & Conditions:

FlyingHighAuctions shall be entitled to involve third parties to satisfy its contractual obligations without being required to notify the buyer. Obvious damage to the item from transport or packaging damaged during transport is to be reported to Vamooza upon taking delivery.
Should Vamooza not be able to deliver the item ordered, Vamooza shall be entitled to substitute the item with a comparable replacement product with the same or better features, or provide a refund of the auction end price to the user based upon the user’s preference.

Vamooza is currently a penny auction site that is for sale, so we are not quite sure why they would even have a 3rd  party satisfy auction wins? We just E-mailed Vamooza and we will let you know what we find out.

Also of note: they have a no refund policy on free &  purchased bids. (Who does anyway? )

Have you won on Flying High Auctions? Discuss here.
