Biduh.com Allegedly Shilling Their Penny Auctions

There’s been some pretty heated discussion in our Biduh.com thread. It seems like Biduh is shill bidding their own auctions.

Now we’ll let the facts speak for themselves.

Two users from Illinois have recently registered on our forum, both have posted in defense of Biduh.com.  Coincidentally Biduh.com also operates out of Illinois.

One of the users “secretz,” says he received an iPod from the new penny auction Biduh.com:

We looked up secretz profile on Facebook and found that he is a friend of a Biduh.com employee.

Now why would an employee of Biduh.com be friends with the alleged winner of their iPod?

Why also would this same happy customer secretz have a GetSatisfaction.com profile that forwards to BiduhAuctions? Because it looks like he’s not a customer, but an employee/owner.

It’s 5:30 am EST and look at all of the current auctions with active “bidders.”

And that’s not all. Do you really think these testimonials are real? We highly doubt it.

We’re very disappointed to find another penny auction that is being run by inept business people who think they can act dishonestly and still be successful.

That’s why online pharmacies is becoming more popular over the last years. Well-known are remedies which are used to reduce inflammation caused by inflammation of the skeletal muscle etc. There were only few examples. Did somebody tell you about canadian generic Viagra? Maybe you already know about the question. Sexual malfunction can be a result of a physical condition. Even when it has a physical cause, psychological problems can make the disorder worse. Sex drive problems are so commonly a product of how you feel that there is something to that “headache” saying after all.

Do you ever report these criminals to the authorities? I am sure the Illinois Attorney General's office would be interested in a group of frauds operating in their jurisdiction. Great job exposing the bs!

    Thanks!

Good job guys! We saw it a week ago already that they are fake…Simply follow the list of bidders in any auction and you’ll see it doesn’t make any sense for example how a ‘Bid buddy” place one bid and never bid again and the whole logic of that bidder list was a mess… Definitely done by an unprofessional beginner criminal!

Haha, this is kinda funny! Wow, glad I never bought bids. Their site looks quite professional though, especially with the two talking people as soon as you hit the site.

Wow, great investigative work! I think the tell-tale sign of a shady penny auction site is if they have tons of auctions running. Unless the person that started the site has a ton of money to lose, then there's no way for a new site to take that kind of risk and auction a bunch of high-priced items with no reserve.

Pepe from Sacremento won 3 days ago and he has his prize already? I don't think so, haha!! "Hello my name is David all the way from Tallahassee and I visited Biduh.com just a few days ago because I ended up winning today" WTF does that mean? You visited the site a few days ago "because" you ended up winning today?? But you have the product in your hands already? and you won today? These ripoff sites need better actors. Funny how both guys went to the site "3" days ago, the first guy won and received game, in 3 days!! and the second guy went 3 days ago "beacause" he ended up winning today, and has it in his hands. Do they use a Star Trek type transporter to beam the product to them?? This sh*t's too funny

ha ha ha Johnny, absolutely hilarious!!! you rock!

At list we are getting some entertainment by those clowns….For that i may be willing to pay, but not for bidding on their site 🙂

What is also funny is that they don't allow any kind of chriticism on their facebook fan page….I just posted this legitimate question on their fan page: "can you please comment on the report about your company at pennyauctionwatch.com?

This is what they had to say: http://bit.ly/3SKn7v"
And they deleted it! can you believe it??? Very amusing to say the list…

Let's be clear about something, Penny auction sites are only a scam if they are shill bidding. Do we all agree on that? I use a couple of penny auction sites and I'm very pleased with both of them. I do not believe they are shill bidding at all but thats not why I stay there. I continue to work with them because they offer a 'buy it now' feature. And, unlike bidrivals.com they give you 100% of the value of your bids towards the buy it now. So let's say I'm bidding on a $100 Wal-Mart Gift Card and I lose after bidding 50 times, I can opt to "buy it now" and pay $100 – (50 x .60 = $30) + S/H ($3) or $73.00 and the $100 gift card is mine. Now, going in I'm assuming a $3 risk if I go all the way in my bidding… I watch my bid totals and I make sure I don't go over. With $3 at risk I do not see this as a scam at all. I have only had to pay the full price plus shipping twice now and every other time I'm savinf $40-$70 per card. Yes, I've received the cards and I have used them. Now, on non-gift card items the buy it now price IS higher than amazon but again I need to look at my risk and decide am I willing to pay the full price for this.. if so, I bid away and maybe get lucky.

If you are going to make allegations then higher and attorney and sue these false penny auction sites. If not then at least try to be fair to the owners of these sites. They are trying to run a business here and they may be legit. Just cause you don't know how to bid and you lose because you went to a penny auction site with no buy it now feature doesn't mean the site is a fraud. Now maybe it is too, I'm sure there are cheats out there but at least try to get some evidence and by God SUE THEM!!! There is room for numerous penny auction sites and they need to be legit!

For the record, I do own a site and we do offer a buy it now. I'll be launching soon and to be honest I'm worried about the risk I'll be taking initially to get things off the ground… Consider this, I have a $100 Wal-Mart Card auction… 10 bidders bid on this and the card sells for $10. All nine losers opt to use the buy it now. How much money did I make on my auction if the shipping is $4 and it costs me $2 to ship (ie I made $2 on S/H)… $18 + $10 + $2 OR $30 is what I will collect as net profit and $100 is the price of the card. I lose $70. There is risk here and as you know there is big reward too but its still a business and not just a fraudulent way to make money. I could easily say anyone that talks bad about these sites must work for eBay and is afraid of this style of auction taking their market share.. Probably isn't true but I could blindly say that as well.

In closing, check the site out, read the fine print, check the limits, understand the types of bids, DO YOUR HOMEWORK and when you find a good site promote it! Also, check the WhoIs on the domain name and only work with US sites!!!

I'll get off my soap box now… 🙂
