Today I received an e-mail from a forum user requesting that his/her forum posts be removed from our forum because Bidstick.com will not ship out his/her item(s) until the posts are removed.
I’m suggesting that this user (as well as anyone else who has been defrauded by any penny auction site and Bidstick.com to post a report to RipOffReport.com). What Bidstick.com is doing is clearly blackmail.
Also, we think that the person who identified PAW as a ripoff on RipOffReport.com, just yesterday, asserting that I own the penny auction sites that are talked about positively here on PennyAuctionWatch.com, on RipOffReport.com (http://www.ripoffreport.com/computer-marketing-companies/http-www-pennyauctio/http-www-pennyauctionwatch-c-4dcae.htm), could quite possibly be BidStick.com because of the way they type: Just Like This With Uppercase Letters For Each Word.
If you take a look at the bidstick.com thread in our forum you will see that another user also typed this way “ProfessorKlumps,” you will also see that Bidstick.com typed this way in their e-mail to “PepperM.”
If you take a look at the recent post on Bidstick.com you will see that it looks like they have been posting fake/shill testimonials in our forum and this blog.
Who is really ripping people off?

“I need to have 3 or 4 posts removed from Penny Auction Watch Forum > Penny Auction Red Flags » Bidstick.com. I need this done asap or I will not receive my items that I have since given money back to bidstick.com. He is now holding my items until the posts are removed. Please help in this matter. Thanks, PepperM”I need a post deleted it was posted in: Penny Auction Watch Forum > Penny Auction Red Flags » Bidstick.comAnd another e-mail from PepperM:
“The owner of Bidstick and I have come to an agreement about my account. He will ship my items sooner only if I have my post(s) of negative feedback removed. He didn’t say that I could not leave negative feedback once I received my items. I just want to get my items that I paid for and never use his/her site again. Having the post removed would really help.
Thanks “
“He refunded me the money on Saturday and then once the negative feedback was posted he emailed me back saying that he would “try” to ship my items in 4 weeks.”
Here are the forum posts that Bidstick.com is demanding be deleted or this user will not receive their items:

I found this thread after winning 2 items from bidstick.com and I thought I had researched it really well. I was wrong. This maybe a little long. I’m a little no make that a lot ticked off right now.
I have been waiting 3 weeks when I had not received my product and looked back over the “How fast do you ship?” question on their site and it clicked with me that they wait 6 to 8 weeks to place an order. Then you have to wait on the supplier which they say is amazon.com to ship to you. I have contacted them via emails all day today, because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone.
I paid for both items via paypal and via my bank account that I have set up for auctions and the like. Their reply was the reason for waiting 6 to 8 weeks to place the order is “Do to Internet Credit Fraud and it takes about 6 to 8 weeks for the bank to notify us if a stolen credit card has been used, that is why shipping is so long. Even if you pay with paypal it makes no difference, We are notified that same way in at least 6 weeks after the fact, so this is the only way we can protect ourselves.”
I use to own and an office supply company and we took internet orders on a daily basis. It took the bank at most 30 days to let us know, we my not have received the payment for 30 to 45 days. We also took paypal payments and we always had those with 2 weeks. I just don’t understand why they can’t place the order and ship. Companies have to take risks and one of them is payments received.
The last email that I sent asked them “If you are waiting 6 to 8 weeks to order the item(s) that I won then what is to say that they will be in stock or not discontinued when you place the order?” Their reply “We can give you a full refund if you can not adhere to out terms” They did not answer my question. I will not bid with them again. They take my money via paypal for the bidpacks and give those instantly, but you pay for your won items the same way and you have to wait over 2 months for your items.”

First email I asked and I quote “Does it really take you 6 to 8 weeks to place an order? If you are waiting that long what is the purpose of this?”. Their reply “Do To Internet Credit Card Fraud The Shipping Is 6-8 Weeks, It Takes About 6 weeks For The Bank To Notify Us If A Stolen Credit Card Has Been Used, Thats why the shipping is that long” Second email to them “Is shipping any different if a person pays via paypal thru their checking account like I have? I pay for most of my purchases that way due to credit fraud and companies not delivering with the product.” Bidstick.com reply “Even With PayPal It Makes No Difference, We Are Notified The Same Way In At Least 6 Weeks After The Fact, So This Is the Only Way We Can Protect Ourselves” Third email to them “I know for a fact that paypal notifies sooner than 6 weeks because they verify the cards and checking accounts before you can use it especially the credit cards. It is just a shame that it takes so long. I will not like waiting the 2 months, before you even order my products, but the next question that comes to mind is… if you are waiting 6 to 8 weeks to order the item(s) that I won then what is to say that they will be in stock or not discontinued when you place the order.” Reply from Bidstick.com “We Can Give You A Full Refund If You Can Not Adhere To Our Terms.”
I was shocked and ticked. They did not answer my question. So I emailed back with this “I paid for my items and bids that you gave to me instantly, but yet you wait to ship the items and they were all paid the same way, via PayPal instant checking. I will wait for my items because I have over $200 invested in them. I just hope that when you place your order for my items that your supplier will still have them.”
I have contacted PayPal and was told that they should ship items as soon as possible and that you only have 45 days from the time that you made payment on item to dispute. I hope who ever reads this will take caution before biding on Bidstick.com. I wish that I had found this forum before I had gone on their site. Lesson learned, I have 20 bids left and I will use them up soon.”

That’s why online pharmacies is becoming more pop over the last years. Well-known are remedies which are used to reduce inflammation caused by inflammation of the skeletal muscle etc. There were only few examples. Did somebody tell you about canadian generic Viagra? Maybe you already know about the matter. Sexual disfunction can be a result of a physical condition. Even when it has a physical reason, psychological problems can make the disorder worse. Sex drive problems are so commonly a product of how you feel that there is something to that “headache” saying after all.

That is CLEARLY blackmail. I hope Pepper files a PayPal dispute and a ripoff report.

I have filed complaints with FTC, BBB, Paypal and writing a report now for ripoff now. Have had no further contact with Bidstick.com customer service. After the blackmail was exposed he/she would not contact me back, but all my bids that I had purchased even after winning the items were refunded to me.

What is the deal with zoozle.com auctions. They shut down the site in January to "reoganize" but they have not resumed their auctions 90 days later!!! I have almost 500 credits left at $.60 each. They have ignored my emails asking when they would resume.

With all of the fraud and stolen identity’s, why would you not check out the site before you start bidding with your hard earned money? Very visibly on the home page of the site is a FAQ that states how long the shipping is. They credited you back your money and there is still a problem? Read before you spend and you would not be in this mess.

Hello, Neat post. There is an issue with your web site in web explorer, may check this… IE still is the market chief and a huge component of folks will leave out your fantastic writing because of this problem.
