What is BidsTick.com?
BidsTick.com is a penny auction site that seems to have hidden reserves, held by autobidding bots.

Shelley DuBois of Wired Magazine just published the first article of a two-part story on penny auctions on Wired.com’s Epicenter. In our opinion, it looks like there might be bot bidders on Ireland based penny auction paddygold.com.

The use of bidding bots should (if they are not already) be illegal. The use of them to bid against people (swindling) is totally unethical.

United Kingdom based penny auction BidPlay.co.uk recently wrote to us to tell us that they just launched. However, knowing that the Net4Bids script does have the bot function in the backend , seeing that Bid2Play uses this script we are a bit wary. Bid2Play’s Alexa Ranking is very high: 13,503,946, meaning they don’t have much [...]

Penny auctions need to stop shilling with autobidders. Enough Said.

The same message we wrote to BigDaddyBid.com goes out to all of you fraudulent developers (Net4Bids? FeistySites?).
STOP writing & distributing scripts with shill bidders! Are these the ones that can be found on eBay for $7.85 ? They’re undercutting mrsinful0909( 38) who is selling the Swoopo clone script for $7.99!
We don’t buy it [...]
