We have had a mixture of feedback from customers, especially from the Facebook Fan Page. It has been incredible informative and useful in gaging how customers feel about the site, and lets them discuss their views amongst peers.
It's also great to reply in real time so that customers know that you are engaged in helping them with their issues/views.
I'd recommend any penny auction site uses Facebook as a means to fully engage with their customers.
