On Saturday evening Zoozle experienced a system error forcing them to pause all auctions including their Labor Day weekend notebook bash.
They have been working on fixing this problem and hope to be back soon. We will update you when we receive more information.
Here’s an E-mail that Zoozle sent to all customers:
Dear Zoozle Customer,
We have been experiencing server issues tonight which have caused delays and errors in several of our auctions. We do not yet know why our host is having these issues and we are currently waiting for a response form their service department.
In the meantime, in an effort to be fair to all bidders and to prevent additional frustrations for our customers Zoozle has paused all auctions temporarily until the matter can be resolved.
As soon as we can confirm that no other issues will cause continued problems to our auctions, we will restart all auctions at the point at which they were paused. Any closed auctions which experienced delays will be evaluated and as necessary refunded and re-auctioned.
We apologize for this inconvenience and hope that you will understand that Zoozle is taking this precaution in order to cause less inconvenience for you over all.
