BidsTick.com Testimonials by Minors?

This proud Bidstick.com user just sent this testimonial to Bidstick to post to their YouTube channel a mere 30 minutes after he joined, the video was posted on January 29th. Do you think he’s 18+?

From Bidstick.com’s Terms of Service: “All Users MUST be the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction or at least 18 years of age if no age of majority is specified (whichever is greater). No persons under this age limit are permitted to use the BidsTick software or services in any way.”

And:

It is of our opinion that the others seem questionable too, all are posted by Bidstick’s youtube account, 29 testimonials were posted over the last 3 days, the last testimonials that were uploaded are from 3 months ago.

It is of our opinion that Bidstick.com has posted shill/fake comment testimonials on this site, (as shown in our previous post on bidstick), we also think that these YouTube videos could also be shilled.
