Update: After much thought we’ve decided to discontinue the seal of approval program before even getting it off the ground. We cannot endorse any site because we cannot be fully 100% sure that they are legit.*
This morning we sent out applications to sites interested in becoming a part of the Penny Auction Watch Seal of Approval Program, if your penny auction site is interested please e-mail us at approval[at]pennyauctionwatch[dot]com, to request an application.
Thank You!

Hey Katie,
Well they're not all scams, there are some that do seem legit! Please join our penny auction forum
and ask questions there, there are many sites that we & our members have tried that they've had good experiences with so far. Thanks for stopping by!
