What got you interested in the entertainment shopping industry?
Our group stumbled upon beezid.com and we played around with it and found out that the market was relatively untapped and it seemed like a great business venture. We were all at a crossroads in our lives and wanted to do something different and this was a great opportunity in hiding.
When did you open?
We opened on Thursday, March 20, 2010 at 12:00 AM. What makes us unique is that we do not want all of the bells and whistles of the other big sites. We just want to have a clean friendly site that is completely transparent in its dealing and what we do and to let our users understand who we are and what we are made of. Most of our group has come from Walt Disney World and we are all very customer oriented people who feel that we can deliver superior customer service. We are owned and operated by individuals who will take the time to answer any questions, concerns or suggestions you may have.
What kind of items do you have lined up? Do your auctions run on a schedule?
We mostly have top of the line electronics lined up such as cameras, IPods, LCD TV’s, game consoles and laptops. We also have gift cards available from many different venues. We only auction off high quality merchandise, but let our users submit items that they would like to see auctioned off. We would like to auction off a vehicle soon. We have utilized PAW’s Amazon list to see what the top selling items are. We will have our auctions set up at once an hour for the first couple of weeks, but as our demand grows, we will be adding many more.
What are the timer increments between bids & does this vary by auction?
Our timers are set for 30 seconds

Are there any win limits, limits /household?
Currently there are no win limits or household restrictions.
Is there a story behind the name/theme?
Well, we were looking for domain names for the site and we tried many different ideas but nothing seemed to stick. One day the six-year-old daughter of one our members asked us what we were doing and we told her. She then just blurted out “Choochookazoo!” and it stuck.
