GoBid.com tells us that they will be temporarily suspending live auctions at the end of auction day, Monday, May 24th, in preparation for an upgrade to their penny auctions which will include some variations to the penny auction model. They expect to make bidding on their site more engaging, exciting and sustainable.
GoBid does not yet have an exact re-launch date so they are encouraging users to spend their remaining bids this weekend or on Monday before they pause auctions.
Users should expect to receive all of their items next week.

Penny auctions are awesome – do you have any advice on getting the last bid? I don't like the feeling of spending all of those bids and then not winning anything… I mean, what are the odds of coming out on top?
