An official investigation has been opened by the Florida State Attorney General’s Office following a number of consumer complaints received from users of the penny auction.

Penny Auction Watch members have been reporting on their unfavorable experiences in our forum for the past few months.
One user tells us he’s owed $20k in products, another has been waiting for 59 items, many others are still waiting.
If you have had problems with BidTwister, you might want to file a complaint with the Florida State Attorney General’s office.

Hi there,
Not sure if I’m doing this in the right spot but I was ripped off by a highly advertised auction site that burst on to the scene then disappeared. I’m a PA newbie but even I could tell they were using Bots. I took tons of video of this happening on my phone. Suggestions?
