poshbid.comEstonia based penny auction PoshBid.com is back again, but their domain is for sale ($1,200) and users are reporting they still haven’t received items from as far back as 2009.

In 2009 PAW members liked PoshBid, well, for a while, that was until the delays in shipping and items were allegedly shipped to winners from eBay sellers, one item was purported to have a warranty but didn’t come with one.

One PAW member recently posted of PoshBid: “These guys are crooks screwd alot of bidders in 2009, I am 95% sure they had shills also, I had several items never shipped. This is a non us based PA (estonia) and with that said your recourse is limited. Stay far away from this one”
Another member recently wrote in to tell us that they won an item in November of 2010; in their account the item is marked as shipped, but they have yet to receive it.
Perhaps the biggest concern of penny auction bidders is whether or not they will receive their items. Unfortunately, it’s a huge reality.
