Seat auction penny auction site HaloBids.com has just introduced regular reverse penny auctions.
There are no seats required to bid, only bid purchases. Bids start at $0.17 when purchased in a bundles of 150-300 and drop down to $0.09 when purchasing 800, $0.08 when purchasing 1500-5000 bids.
