Hungry Hammer: “Not Cool to Be a Clone”

The other day we told you about Hungry Hammer, according to a PRLOG press release, written by Hungry Hammer, “Hungry Hammer is an honest, legit penny auction.” HungryHammer tells us they have offices in the UK and the USA and a user base of over 25,000 global users and a local item pick up in London. They have customer service with 1-800 numbers as well: 0800 6129 123 in the UK or 1-877-778-2552 in the US.

Excerpts from a recent PRLOG Press Release:

Hungryhammer.com Bares Its White Bits And Shows Competitors It’s NOT Cool To Be “a Clone”

“HungryHammer was built from the grass roots up. We have a development team in house who have built every single element from a blank page and developed it into something that is a user experience. Our bidding engine is so accurate and we know it works that we’ve even displayed the milliseconds to our users – who else does this?”

“When we tested the “clones” that 90% of the sites out there have bought (have a search on google for “penny auction clone” and you’ll see how many there are out there) we were so shocked by how badly designed they were, users hadn’t got a chance of winning as the bidding engine would crash or worse close early or with 2 winners!”

“We’ve spent around £100,000 so far on just website development alone, now that’s commitment to users!” “Users must look carefully at who they’re spending their money with, same as any other industry around the world. Yes it can be tempting and the offers out there may seem too good to give away but just look carefully at who you’re dealing with. If you wouldn’t deal with them face to face, why deal with them on the internet..”

“It was the best investment we ever made and found out so many things about bidding engines, unfair practices and that some sites out there were run by 16 year olds from their bedrooms”

“In order to show people that they have nothing to hide, HungryHammer has now opened up a Central London collection service for auction winners to collect their items next day. Pyda says: “…nobody else offers a collection service and this is us showing our commitment to users and not hiding away behind a website”

“HungryHammer.com is the next generation of online penny auctions. We’re not run of the mill, we’re not a “clone” and we’re here to ensure honest, transparent and fun bidding. We’ve got the best and most varied selection of auctions in the world.”

That’s why online pharmacies is becoming more pops over the last years. Well-known are remedies which are used to reduce inflammation caused by inflammation of the skeletal muscle etc. There were only few examples. Did somebody tell you about canadian generic Viagra? Maybe you afore know about the matter. Sexual dysfunction can be a result of a physical condition. Even when it has a physical cause, psychological problems can make the disorder worse. Sex drive problems are so commonly a product of how you feel that there is something to that “headache” saying after all.

alright.. if you guys didnt notice psychoauction.com came out a long time ago and they have the millisecond thing too on their site. so dont go telling everyone that u guys are the ones that came up with the idea. and the other thing. there is no website in the world that could actually cost 150,000 dollars to make. and u are talking about penny auction site. lets guess if they had 5 best programmers working on their site and whoa hungryhammer domain was bought on 2009-04-14, and psychoauction was created on 2009-03-24. okay so its been about 4 months since they got the domain.. and so that means they paid each programmer 30 grand a month to work on their site who already created and had the idea first.. unless if its owned by the same people. o yea.. didnt u guys say u had 25 grand users on your site? the max i saw was 5 users.. i saw a game that me and one other person was bidding on. and where did the rest of the people go? are they just sleeping? if you guys had 25 thousand users on your site. you should have pageviews of atleast 20G. look at penny auction watch…. they probably have like 400 people coming to their site and look at their page views.. its 10 times more than the number of users.. why dont i see atleast a 100 thousand page views on your site daily or on an average.. and just making a cool site and saying some bull shit doesnt make u an honest site.. u need to prove it. i guess this is enough.. i dont wanna make u cry.

    Hey all,

We just wanted to thank you for your reports on HungryHammer.com. We appreciate that this isn’t an advertising portal and would never wish it to be such but we actually do think what you do is great.

There are a couple of things that you’ve picked up on and we just wanted to address them as comments by people are great, but of course not when you don’t have enough information to make an informed one.

Relating to our testimonials, they are all real and that’s why we made a specific point of saying they were.

Look we could have started a site just like all the clones out there but we didn’t want to so we built it from scratch and yes it did cost us a true fortune! But we’re not here to be like the crappy little ones, we’re here to take on the likes of Swoopo and Madbid.com. It’s about time somebody decent came into the market.

Regarding page views, you’re right of course we would love more and it’s going up every day. As with anything new, it takes time to get out there.

Hopefully with more reports, press releases and comments/forums, we’ll get more and more hits and therefore become even bigger.

We’re proud of what we do and therefore if anybody wants to pop along and meet us and have a look round the offices you’re more than welcome, just drop us a line and pop in for coffee – we’ve got nothing to hide.

I have never read a review/testimonial that doesn't sound made up, and a total load of bull. Just because it sounds fake doesn't mean it is… all of swoop's sound fake after all. "Oh my god, i had so much fun, it was really exciting".
